Bug Fables -The Everlasting Sapling- instal12/28/2023 ![]() Money is scarce in the early game, and one of the best ways to gain money is locked till you finish Chapter 3 or even Chapter 5 if you don't wanna pay for early access. The bank gives interest every 30 minutes and can give you even MORE interest if you reach 500 berries in the bank. Only spend if you need to, and save the rest to put in the bank. It is a very useful medal, specially in Hard Mode where you can potentially be overleveled for the area. The " Bug Me Not" medal can be found in the Ant Kingdom's Residential District. Not all quests can be completed as soon as you get them, some require you to use abilities you can't get until later or go to an area you have no access to.If you are not doing a Hard Mode run, they can be bought from the Traveling Caravan (The shop with the giant snail) after finishing the boss. Hard Mode awards you with badges everytime you defeat a boss. But I think they don't give a damn about the "RPG" side anymore as we saw with their new Paper Mario game (Origami King) who is class as a Action Adventure game on the Eshop page (what a shame). Here are some early game tips to help you out. It's a shame because they have the budget and the employe cast to made a good Paper Mario game. Since Sticker Star Nintendo prefer to shoot only generic character/enemy and really pkeoor storyline/world building. It's crazy to think that 4 persons with a low budget have made a huge game like this (this game smell love). This game was made by 4 persons (composer included). I have finish the game in 35 hours (side quest and post game included). Have a lot original optional boss with unique attack pattern (not like Bonetail/Hooktail). Bug Fables have a lot more content (even a little card game like FFVIII lol) and the majority of the side quest are interesting, not just give me 2 mushrooms, bang quest done. Also all NPC have unique design (this complain is more for Sticker Star and Color Splash). In Bug Fables you have a trio of protagonist, their character development and personality grow in each chapter. In Paper Mario (the good old school one) the problem is that your partner don't have the time to have a lot of character development, because their character arc are all stuck in one chapter, also Mario is a boring silent protagonist. ![]() I'm a huge Paper Mario fan and for me Bug Fables is better than TTYD in a lot of aspect. ![]()
